The 2009 Board of Directors are pro-business growth and pro-light rail. Their prime objective is to assist business growth and development.
Don Mortensen is a co-founder of LightRailConnect.com, and a recent graduate of ASU’s MRED program. Don is a native of Phoenix, and is very knowledgeable about light rail commercial real estate and issues.
Bryan Watkins is a co-founder of LightRailConnect.com, a website devoted to business growth within the light rail corridor. Bryan is a commercial real estate consultant who specializes in real estate, rentals and jobs near the tracks.
Brandon Willey is the Founder and CEO of redPear, a premium web development company located in Tempe, AZ. Brandon has been actively involved in business in the Phoenix Metro area for many years and belongs to several local business associations such as Local First Arizona. He brings an essential technology perspective to the Phoenix Metro Light Rail Chamber of Commerce as well as a passion to see local Phoenix Light Rail business flourish.

David is Vice President and creative director of Rain Visual Strategy + Design, an award-winning graphic design firm located in Tempe, AZ. David is a native of Arizona and served as President of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), Arizona Chapter, from 1996 - 2000. He is also currently serving as an Associate Faculty Professor of Visual Communications at Arizona State University’s College of Design. David possesses a unique skill for understanding a business’ brand and marketing objectives and then translating it into powerful, effective visual strategies. These strategies help businesses, local and national, to successfully grow their business and their brand.
