The Light Rail Chamber of Commerce (“LRCC”) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience that LRCC can provide. This Privacy Policy applies to the LRCC family of websites (“Websites”) owned or operated by LRCC and governs data collection and usage by LRCC. By using the Websites, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the data practices described below, you should not access or use the Websites.
Providing Information to LRCC
While at the Websites, you may choose to provide LRCC with certain information regarding your company. Your voluntary submission to LRCC of any information meant for commercial purposes (“Commercial Information”) automatically grants LRCC a license to edit, post, display, and use the Commercial Information at the Websites.
All Commercial Information that is provided and posted by you at the Websites may be publically available and used by third parties. You acknowledge and agree that LRCC has no control over or liability for any use of your Commercial Information by any third party. The provision of Commercial Information to LRCC does not obligate LRCC to post or use your Commercial Information.

Note: LRCC does not read any of your private online communications.
